MyMilitaryDietPlan : 1. Drink Plain Water!

Assalamualaikum...

Actually i'm drafting this entry through my phone because i couldnt sleep right now... ohh too bad... So headache right now... Suddenly i got this idea to make an entry in my blog... As i dont use that kind of fantastic phone so i cant publish this yet.... =_=" just drafting will do... Alright dear your samsung just around the corner..! Hopefully Insya Allah... As u guys know or maybe dont know or perhaps dont care that i'm going to have that so called My Military Diet Plan this year... haaa i will make it as a label here... I somehow wish to lose weight before this year Eid that is fall on July 2014.. Because I do wish to wear red kebaya this year ^_^Y  ... perghhhh this is just too much zuzu... Today is just early week of January and u are already think about raya! ok sorry! My point is to lose weight so that i'll just look nice wearing kebaya without that all fat around my belly and back...

So let's start with a first step...oohh come on guys.. "It's now or never!" I like those word... my principle for this year i guess.... I'm going to challenge my self to drink 2-3 litres of plain water daily.. Oh nooo just cant imagine how often i'll be shuttle go to toilet during office our.. My workplace is so damn cold T_T.. U have too Zuzu..No Mercy!! So let's check it out the benefits of plain water...

I google it...

1. Water helps to maintain healthy body weight by increasing metabolism and regulating appetite.
(yeahhh good for us...the more we increase our metabolism the more we go to "berry2"..eliminates all the toxins.. good health n good skin too....yippieeee)

2. Drinking adequate amounts of water can decrease the risk of certain types of cancers, including colon cancer, bladder cancer, and breast cancer.
( breast cancer girls! watch out!)

3.Water can prevent and alleviate headaches.
(ok this suit me..)

4.Don't forget that water can also dispose of toxins from the body including the skin. Drinking enough water can make our skin more radiant, healthy and fresh throughout the day.
(like i said.. hopefully no acne after this...)

5. Improve brain function. Water also helps our brains work more optimally. The reason is that our brains turned out to emit electrical energy and water is a good conductor for the energy. So the water can create electrical functions of the brain is more optimally..
(yeahh hopefully jadi bijak sikit lepas ni..)

6. Keeps You Looking Young..

 p/s: 6Month to july.. wish to lose at least 2KG per month.. 2KG x 6 Month = 12KG..
52KG - 12KG = 40KG...that's my aim!
